Role Summary

We are looking for a data-driven and highly creative Content Strategist to lead content positioning for our clients. You'll be responsible for researching consumer behavior, defining product placement in the market, selecting the right marketing tech stack, and architecting content frameworks across websites, blogs, and social media that directly drive customer acquisition.

What You'll Do

• Audit client industries to find content gaps, map out buyer personas, and define the brand's unique positioning against competitors

• Design end-to-end omnichannel content plans covering website architecture, SEO blog topic clusters, and high-conversion social media funnels

• Personally write high-stakes content, including website landing page headlines, B2C ad hooks, and conceptual scripts for viral video formats

• Identify, test, and implement modern content tools (AI research assistants, SEO keyword tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs, and content calendars) to maximize team efficiency

• Create brand voice guidelines and content briefs, and oversee junior writers or executives to ensure content aligns with the core strategy

Must Have

• 2+ years of experience as a Content Strategist, Senior Copywriter, or Digital Account Planner in an agency

• Deep understanding of B2C consumer psychology and a proven track record of creating frameworks that turn traffic into leads

• Strong knowledge of SEO strategy (keyword mapping, search intent) and social media algorithms (conversion hooks, distribution tactics)

• Analytical ability to read Google Analytics, Meta Ads data, and heatmaps to pivot strategies based on user behavior

• Comfort juggling multiple active clients without dropping balls

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools

• Familiarity with AI research and writing assistants

• Experience mentoring or managing junior writers

• Hindi/Gujarati alongside English
