Role Summary

We're hiring a Junior Video Editor to own the daily reels and shorts pipeline across multiple clients. You'll cut social content, build motion graphics, and learn to integrate AI video tools into a real production workflow, not as experiments, but as shipped work.

What You'll Do

• Edit reels, shorts, and social ads across multiple client industries

• Build text animations, transitions, and basic motion graphics

• Use AI tools to generate B-roll, fills, and stylised sequences

• Repurpose long form content into platform native cuts with strong hooks

• Produce variations for A/B testing

• Manage your pipeline on Zoho Projects

Must Have

• 1 to 2 years editing for social media, agency, or brand content

• Fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut Pro

• Hands-on experience with at least 1 AI video tool (Runway, Sora, Veo, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, Descript, OpusClip, etc.)

• Hook and retention thinking. You know what makes someone stop scrolling

• High ownership. Agency life rewards people who chase, not wait

Nice to Have

• After Effects, Photoshop

• Hindi/Gujarati alongside English

• Shooting basics (DSLR/mirrorless)

• Experience editing for real estate, F&B, lifestyle, or events
